A woman who survived a kidnapping by a Mexican cartel has opened a pink-themed coffee shop in San Antonio, Texas, with the aim of empowering women.
Roxana Jimenez, the owner of Pig Cappuccino, said that the coffee shop is the perfect place for people to gather, share and express themselves.
The color pink was chosen to promote self-worth and the ability to make choices, and Jimenez wants to help women and promote female empowerment.
She also shared her message of never giving up and believing in oneself.
