Vaping company Juul has agreed to pay $23.8 million to settle a lawsuit with the city of Chicago, which alleged that the company had targeted underage users in its advertising.

According to the Chicago Department of Public Health, the settlement money will be used for education and addiction prevention.

Juul will pay Chicago $3 million within the next 30 days, with the remainder to be paid later this year.
