In a recent opening monologue on Fox News, Sean Hannity accused intel officials of helping Joe Biden lie to the American people.

Hannity was reacting to an email obtained by John Solomon, in which former acting Director of the CIA, Mike Morell, asked former CIA Director John Brennan if he could add his name to a list of 51 intel officials who were planning to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop story only weeks before the 2020 election.

The email was dated October 19, 2020, and was about to be published as an open letter.

Hannity went on to say that Brennan and Morell didn’t attempt to verify any of the claims made in the letter, but only wanted to give Joe Biden a talking point to push back against Trump during the debate.

Hannity accused these officials of spreading disinformation about the laptop to help Joe Biden win the election, and he questioned why they didn’t care about free and fair elections.

Hannity called their actions an in-kind donation to the Biden campaign and a lie to the American people.
