Husky and its owner were rescued by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) in the Hollywood Hills after reportedly falling down a remote hillside.
The rescue was captured by SkyFOX, and the footage showed the LAFD rescue team trying to make contact with the dog and get it to safety while its owner, a young female hiker, was unharmed.
It is unclear whether the dog ran off or fell down the hillside.
The Husky, seemingly confused and scared, was seen trying to find its way to safety and figuring out whether it can go up the steep embankment.
Eventually, the dog made its way up to safety and was reunited with its owner.
The happy ending was cheered by the rescuers and onlookers alike.
