In preparation for the holiday season, a group of approximately 25 volunteers, spanning across different age groups, gathered at Oak By The Bay Park in St Andrews. Their purpose was to help set up enchanting holiday light displays, which have now become a cherished St Andrew’s holiday tradition.
Matthew Cole excitedly shared that this year’s display boasts an impressive count of nearly 3 million lights. The exhibit features various scenes including deer, forests, ice skating, and a carriage. The grand lighting ceremony is scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving, on November 24th, where the City Commissioner will be present. It promises to be a delightful and festive occasion, starting at 6 pm on Black Friday..
