The Hillsborough River in Tampa, Florida is getting a makeover ahead of the upcoming St.
Patrick’s Day celebrations.
On Friday at 10:00 AM, crews began testing green dye in the river to prepare for the city’s annual St.
Patrick’s Day Bash in downtown Tampa, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 18th.
Despite concerns about potential environmental impact, the city assures residents that the dye is safe for both people and animals.
With the river set to turn green, Tampa is gearing up for a festive celebration in honor of the Irish holiday.
