Harris County Precinct 7 Deputy constables are investigating a deadly crash that occurred on Beltway 8 near U.S.
90 in southwest Houston.
The crash, which was reported just after 9 o’clock last night, involved a silver Nissan that was disabled and in one of the lanes of traffic when it was hit from behind by a dually pickup truck.
The driver of the Nissan was killed at the scene, while the driver of the dually declined treatment.
Deputies are investigating the scene, and it is not yet known if charges will be filed.
