Former President Donald Trump’s legal battle with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg over allegations of election interference has taken a new turn.
On the Tucker Carlson Tonight show, Harmeet Dhillon, founder of the Dhillon Law Group, outlined the weaknesses in Bragg’s case against Trump.
Dhillon suggested that leaks from the proceedings and the DA’s office indicate that the DA is facing pushback from the grand jury.
This could be due to evidence that has not been presented, including Robert Costello’s testimony that he had evidence about Michael Cohen’s credibility.
Dhillon also criticized the credibility of the witnesses and the documents being used in the case.
She suggested that the cancellation of Monday’s grand jury session may be due to the weaknesses in the case against Trump.
Dhillon also argued that the case against Trump is election interference, and not a crime.
The grand jury is set to meet again tomorrow, and it remains to be seen what will happen next in this highly controversial case.
