A Gwynette County teacher has been arrested and is now in jail, facing charges in connection with the fatal beating of a 2-year-old child. The teacher, Kiana Davis, was taken into custody last week in Warner Robbins, located approximately 100 miles south of Atlanta.
Davis is being accused of physically assaulting the toddler in November of 2020. While another individual is also implicated in the murder, they have yet to be apprehended.
Davis had been employed at Seinger High School in Pford, but the principal informed parents in a letter that she has been absent from school for nearly two weeks and will not be allowed on the premises until this matter is resolved..
