Grieving daughter Sofia Ble has been waiting for three years to see a monument placed on her mother’s grave.

She paid a deposit of $1,300 to All American Monuments in March 2020, with the understanding that it would take six to eight months to complete.

However, when Ble inquired about the status of the monument later, the owner of All American Monuments emailed her that it would be done in July 2022, but it was still not completed.

When contacted by Action News Troubleshooters, the owner, Nancy, blamed COVID-19 and supply chain issues for the delay.

The Troubleshooters found out that the company owes more than $50,000 to a stone supplier and has 21 consumer complaints filed against it with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.

The Troubleshooters advise consumers to be proactive and do their research before choosing a monument company.
