Former President Donald Trump is currently at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida as a grand jury plans to reconvene on his charges next week.
The grand jury in New York City will not meet this week to discuss the case, which centers around a hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.
According to sources, the grand jury plans to meet again on Monday and at least one additional witness may be called to testify before jurors can decide whether to indict Trump.
Legal experts caution that the decision may not be made public immediately due to the indictment being a sealed document.
If Trump is indicted and turns himself in, experts say he likely would not spend any time in jail or have to wear handcuffs, but would need to be fingerprinted and have his mug shot taken.
As of now, there have been no movements from Trump’s private plane at Palm Beach International Airport.
