A shooting investigation is currently underway in Galt, California.
The incident occurred on the evening of March 16th at the intersection of Twin Cities Road and Marengo Road.
It is currently unclear how many people were involved in the shooting, but according to reports, the injuries sustained were non-life-threatening.
The shooting took place near the Marengo Ranch Elementary School and Robert L McCaffrey Middle School, though it is unclear if the incident is connected to either school.
The Galt Union High School District did post about the incident on Facebook, and authorities are continuing to investigate the shooting.
