Police have made two arrests in connection to a shooting incident that occurred at a Deep Ellum nightclub last month.
The arrests came after tips from viewers of Fox 4 led the authorities to the suspects.
The incident involved a gunfight outside a restaurant on Commerce Street, which left a local musician seriously injured.
Donell Davis has been charged with two counts of deadly conduct and aggravated assault, while Corbin Smith has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Smith was arrested by the Dallas Police fugitive unit and admitted involvement, according to an arrest affidavit.
The musician who was injured, Cameron Cooper, has said that this experience will expand his socially conscious music message.
He urged people to always think before they move and make choices that can put innocent people in life-threatening positions.
Davis has been released on bond, while Smith is still in jail.
