The Fort Yuma Rotary Club celebrated its 61st birthday while hosting the Pars Under the Stars tournament at Desert Hills Par 3 Golf Course.
The tournament was held from 5 PM to midnight and featured glow-in-the-dark golf balls.
The event was one of several fundraisers for back-to-school shopping scholarships and non-profit organizations.
Before the tournament began, participants enjoyed dinner provided by Burgers and Beer.
The holiday ball drop at the event offered prizes ranging from $100 to $2,000, and there was also a raffle with great prizes.
According to the Fort Yuma Rotary Club, they surpassed their goal of raising $10,000, with over $12,000 collected.
The Fort Yuma Rotary Club is actively involved in community activities that make a difference in the Yuma area.
