Five years have passed since the tragic death of Rachael DelTondo, and her family continues to search for answers and closure.
On May 13th, 2018, Rachael, a 33-year-old teacher from Beaver County, was shot and killed in the driveway of her parents’ Aliquippa home.
She had just returned from getting ice cream with friends when the incident occurred.
Despite the passage of time, no arrests have been made in connection with her death.
Over the years, authorities have questioned several individuals, including Sheldon Jeter, who was later convicted of an unrelated homicide in May 2020.
However, no significant progress has been reported in the DelTondo case.
Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 recently reached out to the Beaver County District Attorney for updates and comments on the case, but their request was declined.
As the five-year mark approaches, Rachael DelTondo’s family remains without the answers and closure they desperately seek.
The investigation into her tragic death continues, leaving her loved ones and the community eager for justice.
