A family in Montclair has filed a lawsuit against the police, accusing them of using brutal force against a man inside his home.

The man is now on life support at a hospital, and his family is demanding justice for what they believe was an unjust beating.

According to the family, the man was beaten so severely that it caused cardiac arrest and left him brain dead.

The incident occurred after the homeowner called the police to try and get the man help when he didn’t open the door.

The family claims that the police used a baton instead of a taser and that the call was not a violent one.

The police, on the other hand, say that they responded to a 911 call from a mobile home park where a 42-year-old Hispanic man was armed with an object and threatening a female victim.

They claim that they found him in a bedroom and used force to detain him.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is now investigating the incident, and the family is demanding to see the body-worn camera video.
