Family Demanding Justice for Loved One Killed by Boyfriend One Year Ago
On April 16th, 2022, Tracy Dalton was found dead inside a home, and the man charged with her death was her boyfriend at the time, 52-year-old Douglas Revels.

According to court records, Revels admitted to police that he strangled Dalton.

Now, one year later, Dalton’s family is still fighting for justice and demanding that Revels be held accountable for his actions.
The family of Tracy Dalton held a memorial for her, and they shared their ongoing pain and suffering with 10TV’s Richard Solomon.

They miss her terribly and cannot accept or forgive what happened.

Kelly Mabra, Dalton’s cousin, explained that it took her six or seven months to realize that Tracy was never coming back.

Now, they are all united in their determination to see justice served.
Dalton’s family wants people to understand that domestic violence is a real problem and can be deadly.

With a balloon release and colors raising awareness for domestic violence, they want to make sure that Tracy’s story is never repeated again.

They want people to know that there is help available for those who feel trapped, and they urge anyone in danger to call Choices at 614-224-4663.
The Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office has scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Revels on May 30th, and Dalton’s family is hopeful that justice will finally be served for their loved one who was taken from them too soon.
