Meanwhile, in Atlanta, one person was killed and four were injured when a gunman opened fire at a doctor’s office.
The suspect, 24-year-old Deion Patterson, was taken into custody after an hours-long manhunt.
Patterson was charged with murder and four counts of aggravated assault.
This was the 190th mass shooting in America this year alone.
The CDC employee was killed, and records show Patterson left the Coast Guard.
