A grand jury has indicted Samuel Jones for the murder of Laau Jordan Laulusa, who was found in a burning car at Mililani High School in Hawaii.
Prosecutors have stated that this is a domestic violence case.
Following the indictment, Jones’ ex-girlfriend has come forward to speak about their relationship, revealing that she had seen troubling signs during their time together.
She had even filed a temporary restraining order against him before leaving him for good.
Jones’ former girlfriend wishes that she had warned Laulusa’s family about Jones and could have prevented the tragedy.
Domestic violence experts say that such behavior presents big red flags in a relationship, and it’s important to seek help from family and outside agencies to get out of a bad relationship.
