Sheboygan OWI Crash: Driver Hits Parked Car, Hospitalized

Sheboygan, WI – A 75-year-old man has been hospitalized and is set to face arrest after a crash that occurred on Saturday, May 13, near the intersection of 18th and Poinsetta, according to Sheboygan police.
