Disabled Uber Eats driver, 69-year-old Robert Garcia, has recounted a night of violence and road rage in Rancho San Diego.

Garcia, who suffers from a chronic back condition, was making a delivery when he was almost hit by a speeding gray car that pulled up to the shopping center where he was working.

The driver, described as a man in his 30s, got out of the car and began yelling and swearing at Garcia.

Despite trying to walk away, Garcia was punched in the head and knocked unconscious.

Witnesses tended to him while the driver fled the scene.

Garcia suffered wounds to his arm and hand, along with headaches and an aggravation of his back condition.

He is sharing his story in the hope that the driver will be caught and held accountable before someone gets hurt.

The suspect vehicle is described as a gray Infinity four-door sedan, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Rancho San Diego station or Crime Stoppers.
