At least one person was killed and nine others were injured in a shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets in Texas.
The shooter was also killed, according to police.
The incident occurred in the evening on an unknown date.
A witness described the scene outside the Converse store where she and others heard popping sounds that initially sounded far away but then got closer.
They ran into the store and hunkered down in the back.
Police arrived within 5 to 10 minutes of the shooting.
Before the shots were fired, the witness saw a lady who appeared to have lost her daughter and an officer comforting her.
The witness and her daughter were unharmed but shaken by the incident.
