Patrick’s Day weekend weather in south-central Pennsylvania will bring scattered showers and clouds, according to the WGAL News 8 Storm Team forecast with meteorologist Ethan Huston.

The warm side of the storm will move out, and the backside will bring winds and dropping temperatures.

Saturday and Sunday’s temperatures will be below average, but will rebound to near-average with a dry start to the season.

Wet weather across the southern valley will continue with some pockets of moderate rain.

The cold front will push across the valley after sunset, and the rain chances will finally move out of the valley.

St.

Patrick’s Day will be mild with lots of clouds and scattered showers.

Highs will be near 60 degrees, and overnight temperatures will drop to the upper 30s.

Saturday will bring lots of sunshine, but cooler temperatures and winds that could gust up to near 30 miles per hour.

Passing showers will be out of the area by 8 to 10 PM, and blustery conditions will continue into Sunday with a little cooler temperatures.
