Three men from the Chicago area have been arrested in connection with a triple slaying in Beverly Crest and a separate killing in North Hollywood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The press conference held on Friday revealed that the shootings of three women in January in Beverly Crest and the death of a man in December in North Hollywood were all carried out by gang members from Chicago.

The LAPD announced the arrests in a recent update, stating that the three men arrested are John Tompkins (22 years old), Dante Williams (22 years old), and Gary Stanford (28 years old).

All three individuals are from Chicago.

The men have been taken into custody for their alleged involvement in the shooting deaths of the three women.

The victims have been identified as Eyedon, aged 33, Nina Davis, aged 29, and Destiny Send, aged 26.

They are also believed to be from the Chicago area.

The incident involving the three women took place in the early morning hours of January 28 outside a short-term rental property on the 2700 block of Ellison Drive in Beverly Crest.

Investigators revealed that the victims were shot and killed after a group of people, who grew up together and were supporting a rapper, returned from a night of bowling.

The suspects allegedly used ambush-style tactics in both cases, showing premeditation and coordination in carrying out the murders.

The women were in a car at the time of the attack and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Several other individuals outside the vehicle were also injured.

The investigation involved multiple law enforcement agencies, and the suspects were apprehended in different locations, including Chicago and New York.

The District Attorney’s Office is expected to file additional charges against the suspects.

Authorities believe the individuals may also be connected to the death of Julian Bynum, who was shot at a complex in North Hollywood in December 2022.

Similar to the other cases, Bynum’s killing was an ambush-style attack.

The motive behind the shootings has not been disclosed at this time.

The suspects will be extradited to Los Angeles as they were arrested in other locations.

They are facing multiple charges, including multiple counts of murder and attempted murder.

In other news, a Marine veteran has surrendered, but the details surrounding this incident were not provided in the given information.
