Central Texas to Experience Colder Temperatures and Strong Winds This Weekend

Meteorologist Jordan Frazier from the 6 News Weather Center has issued a warning that the central region of Texas is going to experience colder temperatures and stronger winds this weekend.

This change in weather is due to a cold front that has come through the area, bringing in cool air from the North.

Frazier predicts that tonight’s temperature will drop close to freezing, and freeze warnings are in place for Northern counties such as Hill, Navarro, and Bosque.

Although much of Central and Southern Texas are expected to have cloud cover, they may barely avoid freezing point.

Frazier advises everyone to tune in to the full forecast at six and ten tonight for all the details.

So if you are in the region, it’s best to prepare yourself accordingly for the coming colder temperatures and strong winds.
