This afternoon, police arrested Xavier Rodriguez, the man believed to be responsible for a string of unprovoked attacks in the Bronx. Surveillance footage identified Rodriguez, who allegedly attempted to press his thumbs into one victim’s eyes and also slashed another woman in the forehead.
