The annual St.
Patrick’s Day Parade in Pittsburgh is taking place today, with a forecast of brisk and breezy conditions.
Meteorologist Kasey Reigner reports that there won’t be much in the way of snow accumulation, despite some isolated flurries still showing up on radar.
The parade will kick off at 10:00 AM and feels-like temperatures will be around 20 degrees.
Over the weekend, the forecast calls for cloudy and cold weather, with some upsloping snow showers expected in Laurel Highlands, Westmoreland, Fayette, and Somerset counties.
Monday will see isolated flurries, but no high accumulations are expected.
High temperatures will be around 38 degrees, which is ten degrees below normal for this time of year.
The actual holiday, St.
Patrick’s Day on March 17th, could bring additional snow showers.
