However, there is a threat of box jellyfish appearing on the beaches until Saturday.
A storm system blocking the trades is causing southerly winds and Kauai may see passing showers, but heavy rain will remain offshore this weekend.
There may be isolated showers throughout the state but no heavy rain is expected.
The South Shore may see one to three box jellies until Saturday, but conditions should be clear by Sunday.
