With above-average snowfall this season, skiers and snowboarders are flocking to Boreal and other resorts in the Sierra.
CBS13 reports that some resorts are expecting to stay open until June, thanks to the extended snow season.
While Boreal and Soda Springs are currently scheduled to close on April 16th, other resorts like Palisades Heavenly Donner are planning to stay open until at least June.
Visitors are enjoying a break in the weather and hitting the slopes, and some are even hoping to ski or snowboard as late as the 4th of July.
