Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit suffered a devastating loss as her mother, Snehlata Dixit, passed away on March 12 at the age of 90.
The cause of her death is still unknown.
Madhuri and her husband, Shriram Nene, shared a joint statement confirming the news.
Snehlata Dixit’s last rites were held on the same day at a crematorium in Worli, Mumbai.
Madhuri Dixit often credited her mother for her success and upbringing.
