North Korea Fires Missiles as Iowa School Districts Face 30 False Threats in ‘Swatting’ Epidemic

The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has released the autopsy report for a baby who was the subject of an Ohio Amber Alert.

Kair Thomas, one of the twins who were kidnapped in December, was found dead in a Dayton parking lot, while his brother Kaisan was found safe in Indianapolis.

According to the report, Kair died of oxygen deprivation caused by being left unsupervised on an adult bed with excess bedding and pillows.

The report states that infants under eight months do not have the neck strength to reposition themselves when encountering any breathing obstructions.

There was no foul play, abuse, or neglect reported, and no charges have been filed.

Celeste One, a local non-profit aimed at reducing infant mortality in central Ohio, has provided information on safe sleeping environments for infants.
