Atlanta Family Refuses to Give Up on Missing Woman

It has been two months since Ashley Lawless was last seen, and her family is still searching for her.

The 37-year-old was last seen on January 17th along Campbellton Road in southwest Atlanta.

Despite the efforts of the Atlanta Police, there are no leads on what may have happened or whether foul play was involved.

Lawless’ sister, Tiffany Clark, spoke to Fox 5 News about the family’s ordeal.

“It’s kind of hard to be talking about her as if she’s not here,” she said.

“We’re just getting more on edge about her whereabouts.

From day one, we’ve been very anxious to know where she is.”

Lawless was last heard from as she was trying to get to Alabama to pick up her daughter from their mom.

Her family has not stopped looking for her and is pleading with anyone who has information about her whereabouts to come forward.

“We’re fighters, and we’re definitely looking for her,” Clark said.

“We’re hoping that she returns safely to us.”

Today is Lawless’ daughter’s 12th birthday, and her absence is felt acutely by her children.

“Her daughter’s birthday is today, and she’s the most affected right now because she’s the youngest,” Clark said.

“I don’t think she understands what’s going on.”

The family is urging anyone with information about Lawless’ disappearance to contact Atlanta Police or call 911.
