A man has been charged with second-degree murder and DWI after a road rage incident in Baldwin, Nassau County resulted in the death of a 54-year-old man.
The two drivers collided at an intersection, after which 26-year-old Patrick Desting allegedly chased and repeatedly kicked the other driver in the head, causing fatal injuries.
Police say Desting was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
He has been arrested and is currently under investigation.
