Spring has arrived in Waco and with it, the annual Spring at the Silos event.
The famous silos owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines are drawing in crowds from all over the country for opening weekend.
The event boasts food trucks, garden tours, lawn games, and vendors from all over the state and country.
Attendees can purchase personalized bags, hand-pressed letters, and paintings created right in front of them.
The vendors are thrilled to be at the event and are enjoying the blooming flowers and greenery.
The Silos have been compared to Disneyland and are open for two weekends full of activities.
The gates may be closing tonight, but they will reopen at 9 AM tomorrow for another day of fun.
Local news reporter Nicole Sheeran was live at the Silos to report on the festivities, including the beautiful garden and vendors’ wares.
Overall, the Spring at the Silos event is a perfect way to kick off the springtime season.
